If you want to go to a dental practice with unprofessional staff then this is the place to be. I will NEVER return to this practice nor would I recommend this shack to anyone else, not even my worst enemy. The staff is rude. The Dentist, Dr. John is it?? UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I came in to have 2 teeth pulled.

I advised the dentist of my anxiety condition so that he can treat me with care as I was anxious and nervous all morning about this procedure. I told him multiple times that my gums were not numb and he ignored my complaint. Instead he proceeds to start pulling my tooth so of course, I flinched from the pain. Would you believe he slapped his tools down on the table and walked off while my tooth was halfway out? He then returns 2 mins later to advise me that he cannot proceed until I get my anxiety condition under control 🤬He dismissed me from the practice and referred me to another dentist. Discriminating against patients with disabilities??? Walked off pouting rather than doing his job and ensuring his patients are comfortable.

I have no words…. 😠 A bit of advice doc…A REAL dentist would act professionally and with empathy towards his patients. Work on your bedside manners!

I felt my Dental experiences with Dr. Journay and his staff are very worthy of my positive review. All previous cleanings, check ups, and crown work have been very good experiences. The cleaning and checkups have always been completed in a gentle, and thorough way. Plus, administered by friendly, knowledgeable, staff members. Then the other day I needed to get a filling in a tooth. Dr.

Journay was personable, friendly, careful, knowledgeable, precise, and genuinely concerned for my health and safety. Assisting was Liz who was very attentive to my needs and the procedure being performed. From the massaging chair for my back, to the numbing of my tooth, and the quick and thorough filling procedure was a very positive experience. I want to personally thank Dr. Jonathan Journay for taking his time to "walk me" through the procedure he would perform on my tooth. He repaired my tooth and put a crown on it the same day. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results! I would also like to thank CHRISTY for her assisting Dr.

Journay throughout my procedure. She is so personable and very sweet! HEATHER was so very knowledgeable with my dental insurance; that filing a claim was easy. She is the best!
