I'll leave this as a 3 star because the staff was very nice to speak with and schedule my first appointment as a new patient. I have Federal Employee insurance through Delta Dental so I got his name through that site. Please note: I did NOT go in for the appointment today, so not sure how he is as a dentist. I can tell you as a human, he seems pretty entitled and cocky. I pulled into (what I know now) is the back lot of their building. NOTHING shows it's a reserved lot for employees.
NOTHING shows that the employees have reserved spots. NO signs. No pavement markings. NOT even a sign that has a little arrow directing patients around the building to another lot. My phone rang as I pulled in, so I pulled into a spot to answer it (was regarding my mother's car accident) Before I could get off the phone, he came from behind my vehicle and told me (twice) that I'm in his spot. Then told me that the lot was not for public parking.
Nice scowl on his face the entire time. Do you think he asked if I was a patient? Nope. Did he direct me to around the front of the building? Nope Just was rude and didn't bother to ask if I was even there for his services. Just assumed I was the "public".
