I have become a new patient recently at Joy Dental to have several work done and from my first visit they made me feel very comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. Dr. Moheisen has been caring and very knowledgeable in answering my questions and explains what he will be doing and what will be next steps.

He makes me feel relaxed as I've always get extremely nervous with Dental visits. I plan to continue my dental improvement journey with Joy Dental. Thank you team!

I've been to this office for few years, but my experiences have been consistently poor cause of the following reasons: 1. Long wait I always had to wait at least 20 min before seeing Dr. Joy although I had appointments. Once I had to wait literally an HOUR cause Dr. Joy kept forgetting I was there, despite the assistant reminding her multiple times. 2. Recommends unnecessary procedures I asked my other doctor about Dr.

Joy's recommendations, and they confirmed they were unnecessary. 3. Overcharge They overcharge by adding unnecessary procedures to the bills. I've compared dental bills for same procedures, and the prices are at least 3. 5 times higher than those at other dental clinics.

Maria Rodriguez

Dr. Joy is an excellent dentist and so is her staff. She makes recommendations on what needs to be done and offers options. I have had good results with her care. Additionally Meka, the front desk manager, is amazing.

She is smart, proactive and follows up. She checks your insurance to make sure you have the appropriate coverage prior to your work being done. She exercises patient-care with a smile.
