I’ve hesitated to post this review because some time has passed since the incident, but I believe it’s important for others to be aware of what they might encounter at this office. To start, I believe Dr. Rosenberg may be better suited to working with children, rather than adults. His demeanor noticeably shifts if you're an adult who isn’t strictly following your treatment plan. While I understand that can be frustrating from a provider’s perspective, there are often external factors—such as mental health challenges like depression—that can affect a person’s ability to stay on track. A little compassion could go a long way. I’m giving two stars because most of the staff were kind, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for what happened during my treatment.

I began care at this office during the COVID pandemic. At one appointment, while a staff member was scanning my teeth, she commented that my teeth were “ridgy” and then added that I “would’ve been profited on if I had been on a slave ship. ” I was absolutely stunned. After leaving the office, I called to report the incident. Instead of immediate concern, I was asked why I hadn’t spoken up while still there. Honestly, I was in shock that something so inappropriate had even been said. Dr.

Rosenberg did call to apologize, but when the staff member was brought onto the call to offer her own “apology,” it felt insincere and forced. She said she thought we could “joke around like that,” which only made it worse. I should have transferred to a different provider, but I was already well into my Invisalign treatment and had committed financially, so I stuck it out. Although they did switch the assistant, I continued to feel deeply uncomfortable returning to a space where such a comment had been made—and poorly handled.

Dr. Rosenberg and his staff are just amazing. Appointments are quick and efficient. My son finished his braces treatment ahead of schedule. Everybody was really nice helpful and very accommodating. I would certainly recommend Dr. Rosenberg to anyone who is looking for braces.
