PARENTS YOU are your child’s VOICE!! I was told I am not allowed in the room with my 13 month old son for his treatment. He is still just a baby! They will strap him down to a board with restraints so he is immobilized, he will most definitely be crying (who wouldn’t be?) and I’m supposed to just sit in the waiting room while they treat him unsupervised? I do not trust a single soul to strap my baby down, I don’t care if they’re doctors. Absolutely not. I can’t imagine that a single child isn’t traumatized by this office. The way they practice seems detrimental to their young patients and my son will not fall victim of whatever antics they’ve got going on there.

After reading reviews, I can see I am not the only one. It takes a special kind of person to be a pediatric dentist. You must be welcoming, patient, gentle and loving. I had the opposite of this experience and we will never be returning. Your children deserve better!! Your children should be able to have their safe person (a parent, grandparent) by their side while at the dentist.

If something makes you uncomfortable, speak up!!!! Advocate for your babies!!! Find a dentist that makes you feel safe and that you can trust!! * the young front desk girl is so kind and was so sweet to me. Along with the young dental assistant. Hopefully they’re treated well.

I will be writing my full review later when I have time but this office is horrible. Hygiene is horrible. Etiquette is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Sue in billing, the absolute worst. I WILL be going into further detail later including pictures… in the meantime if you are looking for a pediatric dentist, keep looking.

I’ve already started filing a formal complaint with the state about this. I will be filing every complaint possible with the state, BBB anything else that is applicable. You’ve been warned. I wish I had listened to all the 1 star reviews Attached is the letter that Dr. Shea sent other people in these reviews and myself as well.

I don't recommend this office. They don't let you back with your kids, even young toddlers. And they took it upon themselves to do xrays without consent to come up with other things that need to be treated. Very unprofessional and terrible bedside manner. I won't be bringing my children back to this office ever again.

Love Dr. Shea, she gave us an honest evaluation after another practice wanted to pull 4 of my son's front teeth! His teeth were just fine and I'm so glad we found her. Highly recommend!
