Decided to go here after hearing many good things. Made an appointment for a general cleaning, the front desk staff was polite and the dentist who cleaned my teeth did a wonderful job. After finding a few cavities I made an appointment with the doctor for fillings. I had 3 fillings done in one sitting with a doctor who isn't even listed on their website anymore (concerning in itself). It was hands down the most painful filling experience I have ever had. The assistant AND doctor blew off my requests to give me breaks and stop and brushed it off as "womanly pains". To my shock and frustration, I left the office in tears with the worst pain. The fillings proceeded to NOT heal and felt worse than they did before I even knew they were cavities at all.

After calling back and insisting they take a second look with a different doctor I was shocked at their response saying the fillings must not have been done right and I needed to do them all over again. But this time they didn't even let me schedule all 3 at once, claiming it wasn't safe to do multiple sides of the mouth at once - yet I was there months prior doing just that. I decided to schedule a redo of one of the fillings as a test, and although that appointment went smoother than the first - I continued to have problems on all 3 teeth. Leaving the staff baffled at my inability to eat, chew or even drink cold water for MONTHS afterward - they claimed they must all be root canals. I insisted they take a deeper look before assuming and after x-rays and laser tests they told me they have no idea why the teeth are like this. So after almost a year of not being able to chew properly and feeling intense pain and sensitivity on these teeth - they put their hands up in defeat and recommended me to a specialist to send me away and go get help elsewhere. I am incredibly disappointed by the doctors and assistants here. I was made to look like a "sensitive" person who couldn't handle a simple procedure when I have had many in the past with zero pain.

I wasted an obscene amount of money here all so my teeth could be in worse condition than when I started. I'll thank the front desk staff - as they were very accommodating and sweet to me, but I will never be returning to this business. If I had children and sat them in that chair for a cavity filling - I'd be horrified and appalled at the "standards" this place holds. Find somewhere else for dental work. Me and my painful teeth will be doing the same.

I hate going to the dentist of course but here they make it bearable. Ashlee is godsend! She is phenomenal at her job. Everyone here is really sweet and caring I would recommend this place 1000%. Keep up the great work!

I don't have much to say, I will say in short, Dr. Nabil and his assistants are geniuses, Nabil is one of the best doctors, they treat every one with love respect and magic touches. The receptionist Brigitte is always so friendly and nice
