DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!! He has given me TWO failed root canals that took years to manifest. I suffered a terrible infection from one tooth that almost made me go blind in my right eye! I confronted him and have it all on audio recoding. He was sassy and declined to fix it as well as offer compensation. The first infection happened due to him only filling one root of two WITHOUT informing me or my parents. This was roughly 2016.

Then in 2019 a the crown he put on another tooth came off and the original tooth cracked. I found out that the same thing was done to that tooth. Only ONE root filled. I’ve suffered so much pain and stress from his MALPRACTICE! I even asked around for other dentist to testify on my behalf, but they told me that Hackett would have them taken away from their practice in dentistry. His last name should’ve told me all I needed to know.

PLEASE do not get a root canal or anything major done from this man. (They removed me as a patient when i complained years ago; instead of being accountable. ) I hope his practice goes down in flames.

Westwood Baptist Church Children's Ministry

Dr. Mayra Madalena is awesome! She is so nice and I am a dental scared cat! She keeps me calm and listens to my concerns. The staff is so nice and greets me by name even if they aren't working with me that day. Dr. Hackett has retired and Dr. Madalena is an awesome replacement!
