I would give them 10 stars if i could. I needed a root canal and crown fast from a cracked tooth. They got the root canal , temp crown , and permanent crown all done in one weeks time and zero pain. Dr. Chen was amazing.

I am so glad I get to share my experience that has really haunted me for years. I had this dentist as young child to a teenager. Because of the type of medical coverage we had, my mom said she didn’t have many choices locally to take us children. Medicaid. I’m honestly surprised that his practice has grown to the extent that it has. My fear of dentistry, came from his care. I was held down as a young teen to get a root canal and other dental work.

I had told them that I was in pain, and I was told that I had “had enough” numbing medication and I would have to grin and bear it. Kept being told almost finished, almost finished. His assistant literally held my arms down so he could continue his work and finished. This same assistant would say horribly mean comments when she cleaned my teeth, that I “looked like I hadn’t brushed My teeth in years” and other comments. My fear of dentistry and pain has never left, although I have had great dentists since then, I can’t seem to get over the treatment I received there, and although I was a child when this happened and it’s been almost 17 years ago, it still affects me today. It took me years to go back to the dentist, and I was overwhelmed and elated to find out that I didn’t have to be in pain to get dental work, root canals, major cavities fixed etc, I thought it was normal. NORMAL to feel horrible pain! I never leave my children alone with any dentists.

I’m an advocate for them, and I make sure that they never receive the same treatment as I did. I pray you have changed for your patents. I feel like a weight is lifted off my chest to tell you what you did, and how I’ve held onto it for years. **In response to the offices reply below, you saw me at the Louisa office, my maiden name is Leake, so therefore you don’t have my married name in your records.

Madison did a fantastic, thorough, careful job cleaning my teeth. She also listened carefully to my questions and concerns, addressing each one with respectful yet friendly professionalism, excellent information and guidance, and great care. Similarly, Dr.

Chen was also outstanding, answering my questions and showing the same care and professionalism with wonderful friendliness. These two make an excellent team!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful I love it there,the dr really knows how to deal with children my 4 year old got 2 fillings and didn't even flinch ,my 3 grandchildren love all the nurses and the Dr I highly recommend this location ,thier wonderful and very comfortable environment ❤️
