I was very happy with my last cleaning—the dentist was amazing and took the time to explain everything in detail. However, I’ve had a frustrating experience with the front desk. At my last appointment, the receptionist informed me that my next visit would be covered and mentioned something about "units. " She also told me I wouldn’t need to start paying upfront until the following appointment after this one, which I was completely fine with.

Now I’ve come in today and have been told I need to pay before being seen. This directly contradicts the information I was previously given. It’s clear there’s confusion, and I’m disappointed with the inconsistency. I will be looking for another clinic where the administrative staff is clear, consistent, and knowledgeable about coverage and policies.

If the front desk is unsure about a patient’s coverage or payment responsibilities, it is your responsibility to clarify the policy and contact the patient before their appointment. It is extremely unprofessional to have a patient show up expecting coverage, only to be told they need to pay unexpectedly. That wastes time and damages trust.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at Kalar Dental, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I reached out, they impressed me with their speed and efficiency. I emailed them early in the day, and they not only replied quickly but also called me to offer an appointment on the same day! Such responsiveness is rare and greatly appreciated, especially when you're in need of urgent care. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Caitlin, the assistant, who is exceptionally skilled and kind.

She greeted me warmly at the reception, made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. Dr. Nour, the dentist, is simply wonderful. She is not only highly professional but also incredibly nice, giving you a genuine feeling of safety and care throughout the entire visit.

What really stood out to me is how they treat their patients with such humanity and compassion. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being, and this is reflected in every aspect of their service. Overall, Kalar Dental exceeded my expectations in every way. Nour stayed late on a Friday night right before Christmas to complete a root canal on my spouse who was in excruciating pain. That is how we chose this clinic moving forward. If you are searching for a dentist, I recommend this dental clinic! You will never look elsewhere after coming here.
