They seem really nice at first. However I had an issue with them not reviving the x ray from my dentist office. I even confirmed with them if they got it and I was told yes. Then when it came time to call the dentist for the records again the staff called my personal phone and not a dentist office.

I asked if I can just pay for a new set of x rays from them and the dentist told me that would be stupid and that when they get the records they will call me. They then call me an hour before they close while I’m at work to tell me I’m going to need to get a disc from my dentist office, drive back there and wait for them to have some time to look at it. I then was informed that they can’t do any of this till after January 2. That should have been something explained to me when I was pretty insistent that I wanted someone’s opinion.

The guy who answered the phone mocked me and said “there’s no one that could do that work for you before new years” which I wasn’t expecting but I didn’t want an opinion if I needed a procedure and I shouldn’t have to wait three weeks. I’ve since found other doctors to give me opinions and I no longer need theirs. Hopefully the owner is willing to compromise here and give me a refund for a consult you didn’t perform, otherwise I will seek a dispute with my bank.

Dr. Kelner and staff are amazing. I want to thank all of them for making me feel so comfortable during my dental visits and procedures. They’re very patient understanding and they follow up with me all the time to see that I am recovering well I have nothing to say but good things I enjoy going there and my fear is gone. Looking forward to my follow up visit.

It is very simple. When it comes to making a choice on someone on the medical field, you have to determine the level of competence/credentials and years on their specially, and another huge factor is transparency and care. My mom's dentist referred us to Dr. Kelner, and we are so happy with choosing to proceed with their services. The office staff is extremely nice. Yolanda's customer service skills are unmatched, and very empathetic. Dr.

Danielle Kelner is very honest, and did not hesitate to share that my mom's case was not severe. Showing a clear compass of high ethics and morals. Not wanting to profit and giving my mom a true and honest diagnosis means a whole lot. she underwent cleaning" class="text-blue-600 hover:underline font-medium">deep cleaning, and they did a fantastic job. Also gave us recommendations for tools to buy that would make sense, that are very practical for my mother's situation. We will be coming back.

I just had my first cleaning" class="text-blue-600 hover:underline font-medium">deep cleaning with Dr. Kelner and I can already tell I will be a lifetime patient. The whole office is professional, kind, and excellent at their job. I have a lot of dental issues and I feel much better knowing I am in the care of Kelner Periodontics. She even caught a small cavity that was missed by my regular dentist!
