Went here because it was close to home and they “accepted” my insurance. I was a patient there for a year or so and knew I needed a crown on a tooth and they gave me a quote which seemed way too high. I have since moved and found a new dentist and upon their initial X-rays, they found I needed a root canal on a tooth that Dental 365 simply filled. The kicker is that my new dentist was significantly cheaper because they correctly billed the insurance vs balance billing like Dental365 did.

I’m so glad I switched to the new dentist and they pointed out the X-rays from Dental365 clearly show the cavity going all the way to the root vs just a cavity closer to the surface. They keep sending me a bill but I have no intention of paying after all that mess.

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Wendy is an exceptional receptionist, she makes you feel comfortable & welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I've been seeing Dr. Kalibat for over 30 years.

He's very caring, skilled, knowledgeable and puts you at ease . I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him!!!

This office has fantastic staff. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Everyone from the doctors to receptionists are kind and fun to talk to. They handle you with care and are personable. They’ve given arguably the best experience I’ve had with a doctors office. I would highly recommend leaving yourself in their care.

Don’t come here!! On Friday I visited this place Dental365 1640 US-22 Watchung, NJ for the first time for a cleaning, which was the worst pain I have ever had in my entire life, all my teeth bled from so much pressure, but that was not all day Saturday when I woke up my face was super swollen and very red the entire right side of my face. and a super strong pain I could not sleep Saturday all night or much less Sunday night from the severe pain on Monday I returned to the doctor super early. To see the doctor, the only thing he told me he was going to prescribe Amoxicillin and Ibuprofen for the pain because he told me that because of all the pressure that this person did to me it caused a major infection. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they are not professionals especially this animal that works on Fridays doing cleanings.

I do not recommend that you guys visit this place! The service is horrible. My face is still swollen and I'm still in pain.
