I can't speak to the quality of care provided by the dentists but the lady who called me regarding my son's bill was rude and needs to learn a little more about her job processing claims with Delta Dental. She kept insisting she had to have my SSN to which I explained that's not my member ID like with most companies. She kept rudely saying it would be rejected if I didn't provide my SSN. When I asked why she said she had to have my ID number. I again explained that my ID number was my employee ID number, not my SSN.

She finally said, fine, took it, then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and very rude. I literally had to read her our policy right from the website to get her to stop demanding my SSN.

I have been going to see both Dr. Kemp's for years. I even stuck with them while I was in a different city for college. Their receptionist would always help me find a time to come in. I like that they offer some Saturday times. Everyone is very friendly. Everyone in my family sees them. I like them so much, I brought my husband and now my kids there too.

Professional care from start to finish! This office is so amazing to visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make even the most skeptical feel at ease. We have been going here for years and I'm so glad we have this office as part of our community! Dr.

Erin is amazing and beyond professional. She takes care and pride in what she does and is always customer focused. I wouldn't trust my teeth to any place else.
