Horrible experience. Unable to help me and very rude. Refused to fill in my cavities because I wouldn’t tell them what sweets I like to eat. Very rude and horrible bedside manner.

Very very unprofessional and refused to give me an antibiotic prescription as promised. Wasted my whole morning!! I would never recommend this dentist to my worst enemy!!! Steer clear!!! Go elsewhere!!! They also wouldn’t tell me their names which was odd!! Dr. Brent Williams was the dentist that was rude. I left in tears!! These people are the reason why people don’t like to go to the dentist!!!

Kemper Pond Dental was amazing, incredible and efficient. They were kind, patient, understanding with me, due to my nerve movement issues that makes me appear weird looking. They fixed what the last dentist said was ruined and needed a root canal (it didnt) I never in my wildest dreams thought this could happen, that my smile would look this good again. I'm beyond grateful and extremely impressed. The office was really nice, up to date equipment and a knowledgeable, friendly, CARING staff who helped soothe me and give me tips to make the drilling(which only hurt at some points) to be less painful.

15+/5. Def returning and referring. Just realized that having Medicaid doesn't mean you have up accept horrible/less then sub par treatment. Thank you guys Happy Holidays

The staff is friendly, they care. The staff alone went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. The only thing I would say that was less than exemplary was that when I called to reschedule an appointment due to our (mine and my fiancé) work schedule, the lady on the phone had an off putting attitude. She seemed agitated that I couldn’t come in the day that I was originally scheduled, which I had warned the office of upon scheduling in the first place.

Dr. Brent and his assistant were both amazing. Though my mouth is quite sore, I have no harmful remarks toward them!! I do recommend this dental office as a whole😊 and I am glad they could help me so fast.

I'm completely impressed with Kemper Pond Dental. I moved from Ohio to Florida in a last minute emergency and I was in the middle of my impressions with the dentistry. We went back and forth trying get my dentures shipped to me from Ohio to Florida. I had cancelled my insurance, so my insurance couldn't release my dentures. One of the nurses had recommended that I write a release letter and email it to them.

That is all it took. We weren't sure if my dentures were going to fit. But they fit perfectly. Thank you Kemper Pond Dental and all the folks that made it possible for me to look and feel beautiful.
