Kempter Dentistry, also known as Kempter Holistic Dentistry, is a well-established dental practice founded by Dr. John E. Kempter, DDS, in 2011. His brother, Dr. Eric Kempter, DDS, joined the practice in 2016, making it a true family endeavor. The practice has expanded to two locations, with the primary office in Concord, NC, and a second in South Charlotte. Kempter Dentistry distinguishes itself through a "biologically minded" and "whole-body approach" to dental care. This philosophy emphasizes the connection between oral health and overall systemic well-being. They are accredited by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and adhere to the SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) protocol for the safe removal of mercury fillings. Kempter himself is a recognized lecturer and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI).
