Dr. Prater and Jess are the best of the best. Dr. P. does extraordinary dental work and fixed my dental issue yesterday perfectly. He always explains the exact issue and takes his time with me.

Jess is a wonderful dental asst. and has a incredible personality- especially when you have to experience going to the dentist for an unfortunate dental procedure. They are both very professional and I will continue to recommend them to associates, friends, and family. T. Pierce

Highly recommended Dr Prater is an experienced dentist; whom is communicative in his recommendations and interested in what is best for you. In a recent procedure, I observed that he paid close attention to ensuring he got things right; testing each step and ensuring that the work was done with high quality. Dr Prater runs his own practice and his staff are friendly and communicative; which makes for a great work environment that is good for patients as well.

This was a nice change, as I'd previously used more of a chain dentist around Cincinnati and they seemed more focused on your insurance plan and ensuring that they took the most advantage of the plan. The dentists themselves were more junior and the chain had noticable turn over of their dentists.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I consulted Dr. Prater about removing a broken tooth under the gum line. I was so impressed with Dr. Prater! He spent time explaining the procedure and did a thorough examination. He has extensive knowledge and excellent communication skills. I had scheduled my appointment to have my tooth extracted. Dr.

Prater was gentle, and I did not even feel the Novocaine shot. He explained to me what he did after my procedure. He explained the post-op instructions step by step. I am so happy I found the perfect dentist! His staff is exceptional, friendly, and helpful! They all went above and beyond taking care of me! I highly recommend Dr. Prater. He is compassionate, honest, and considerate. My family and I are so happy and impressed with our care; we will be patients for life!

Pinkfluffy Unicorns

Dr. Praters office staff are sooo incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've had instances where I've called to ask how much the expected procedure would cost and what would be involved because I have a dependent with special needs. the receptionist gets huffy and rushes me off the phone.

I even say someone can call me back with an estimate or if the nurse would call me back to explain the procedure and she said they wouldn't do it that it would cost what it would cost. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
