I can’t say enough to give a good summary of what I think about this team. I am always amazed by the care behind their words. Everyone cares about their jobs and how to make it a pleasurable encounter. I say encounter with my tongue in my cheek, I don’t care for having my teeth worked on, in any way.

Have been like that for 63 years. But with this team of people I look forward to working with them. Alls I can say is thank you for taking me as a patient, I am so grateful to have all of you!

Excellent service. The new office is amazing and the staff members are very nice. Rachael was very thorough with cleaning and assessing teeth. Dr. McMillan is very nice and informative. I have never had a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone!

I visited Key Family Dentistry today for the first time, for a routine cleaning and assessment. Everyone was very kind, informative, helpful, and courteous--from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor. I'm especially appreciative of how kind they were, after a long period of time from my last cleaning.

All questions I had were also addressed and answered thoroughly. Although I usually drag my feet going to the dentist, I think I'll be glad going to my next cleaning, knowing these folks will be there.

This was my first visit. The staff that I came in contact with were all very nice! I had x-rays & a cleaning done. The girl (I’m so sorry I forgot her name, to my defense I do have a disease/disability that affects my memory!) but she was extremely friendly! She was so nice & help me finish checking in on the computer. And explained everything before doing it. I have anxiety very bad & she made me feel very comfortable & relaxed.

I appreciate how nice & helpful she was. I was also concerned about two chipped teeth as well which was addressed by the dentist Dr. Key. The only suggestion I have is I would have appreciated the dentist to introduce himself when he came in to check my teeth. Especially with being a new patient.

I mean he was nice, but just slide in the chair & spoke with the girl who worked with me. To me it would just be a little more courteous to introduce himself to me since I’d never been there. I’ve never gone to a dentist or doctors office and they not at least introduce themselves to me so I know who they are before they start doing anything. It just sort of made me feel like I was bothering him or he was in a hurry to get done. But other than that I absolutely loved the staff & new office!
