I been taking my three daughters for the last 7 years and will not change dentist even if we move out of the area. The Dr and staff treat us with kind , patience and love. My kids dental care is always 100% satisfaction. They explain every procedure detail and makes us as parents feel secure and safe.

The first visit to this place was almost smooth, just we had to wait for around 10-15min after appointment time began to start looking into the dental issue. We did not mean that delay seriously understanding intrinsically that the treatment of others who went ahead of us might take a little longer to complete. The diagonsis and potential cover from the insurance, steps of treatment & explanation of the procedure to carry out in the next appointment were all hashed out. All looked green till here. Colors changed only on the day of procedure. Our journey from home to their clinic got delayed due to enroute traffic, because of an accident. We called ahead and conveyed them that we will be late by 5 to 10 minutes. But that stretched a little more longer because of tight parking spots in their commercial complex.

We almost ate about 15 minutes because of both mentioned reasons. On reporting to the front desk staff, they declined to take up the appointment stating that they can't entertain more than 10 minute delay. We had to pull off our Kid from school for this procedure amidst her final assessment and adjusting my work schedule. We asked another time to the front lobby staff to adjust this time given valid reasons. Had we known about such a behavior, we would have complained about the delay they made in our first appointment. Got a new appointment for May 21ˢᵗ for a later date and we moved on. Today, May 21ˢᵗ, Last day of my kids education year pulled her off from going to school to attend the procedure scheduled at 9:30AM. Got a call at around 8:40AM that they can not carry out the procedure due to technical issues.

Again, went for rescheduling and reprepared my kid to attend her last day of school. At 10:15AM. getting a call, technical issue is resolved and they could do the procedure by 11AM. It takes 35 mins from my home to reach the clinic and I've to collect my Kid and reach by 11, which looked impossible, I declined to take up that appointment as I can't readjust recursively my daughter's school pull offs and my work schedules. In total, we had to endure a lot to go through all these, not sure the lobby staff is ever aware of such things and forego a delay.

🛑 Stop 🛑. They have only one doctor who treat everyone. If you have 2-3 hour just for cleaning then you take appointment. They did my right lower tooth filling. They said sensitive will gone in next 1 week. It’s almost 4 month now. Still sensitive is there. Another doctor told to whom I showed again that they haven’t filled tooth properly. Worst service

Terrible, the doctor is not professional, I made an appointment for my children, it takes a long time to see the doctor, she only spent time on her cell phone, the assistants walked around, the logo of the business is Kidental, there were adult patients, I definitely do not recommend it, the assistants I imagine are there because they have studied or are they also interpreters??.

? One of them was with my daughter, her attention focused when she saw another person arrive who needed to be translated, she does not explain the procedure, they do not tell you anything, fatal mistake of going there
