Super friendly. Both of my children went for cleanings, one of which was his very first time at a dental office. They were gently, sweet, and had patience with my son. They took great care of my daughter as well. 10/10 I would recommend.

My grandsons was very excited and curious about what they was about to experience with going to see a dentist for their first time visit. The staff was very understanding and patient with them. They love how my grandsons was very excited and scared at the same time so to speak.

They made them feel comfortable with the experience for their first visit. They love it. the recommendation go hands-down

Do not bring your kids here. They lie about what your kids need & charge you extra when you arrive. I went to get my kids treatment I paid my portion upfront just to have my card swiped 3 different times. I was then told my kids would have to come back. I asked what was the payment for next time when I was given 2 sheets.

One had services crossed off that was completed. The other did not, I simply asked what else needed to be done on the paper that had nothing crossed out. A rude older lady calls me & says this is the treatment plan you signed and was trying to make me look dumb. That did not answer my question & was irrelevant when I had to swipe my card 3 times & had 1 paper with services crossed off which does not tell me what was done vs needed to be done. She continued to be rude and go on as I walked away and sat down to wait for my child & ignored her as I was also trying to pay attention to my meeting I was listening to virtually.

The staff is very unprofessional along with the doctor. The place looks questionable and building is falling apart which is also not hygienic! I will not be bringing my kids back here.

I went to this dentist office twice, about 3 years apart. My first visit, everything went well with my kids but when it came to me, I asked for a verbal consultation to discuss all the work I need and the dentist practically forced me in the chair just so she can charge my insurance for something. My daughter (18) went in for a cleaning by herself. Dentist told her she needed to come back for a deep cleaning and scheduled the appointment for her. My daughter informed her that she can't commit to the next appointment without knowing whether she can have the day off from work.

Dentist also informed my daughter that the next visit will require out of pocket costs, told my daughter her teeth are more important than work, and scheduled the next visit anyway. Naturally, I showed up with her to the the next visit. Appointment time was for 11am. (We showed up on time) We decided to leave and find a better dentist for several reasons and it all comes down to a lack of ethics in her practice. I guess when you're so money hungry you see nothing wrong with quilting an 18yo into taking a day off work to come get work done that she can't afford and insurance doesn't cover.

She also over-books so many appointments at one time that any child 5 years old an up is expected to go in the back without their parent because "there's no space in the back for parents. " Not only does this woman lack ethics, but morals as well. 10/10 Would NOT recommend!!!
