I love the upbeat spirit here! Dr Kimberly Smith and all of the staff are so wonderful and kind. They make getting dental work a comfortable experience. I'm usually a big baby at the dentist, but they not only put me at ease, they made me have a good time! When has anyone enjoyed a visit with the dentist?! The people here are absolute gems and I wish I'd found them sooner!

The place is difficult to find and it needs a sign at the front. If you not confirm your appointment, they will cancel and reschedule it. I feel that it is not fair. This is the only place, I know that has done this. . .

Very strict without compassion and poor care for people in need. That was my experience with this new clinic. I red the policy and I don't see anything about cancelling and rescheduling appointments when you dont confirm it the customer service lady printed for me. I recommend that the company update there current customer policy.

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star. You have to give it a star to post your review. I have been waiting over a year for a regular cleaning. I had a appointment for Jan. 9 and they cancelled it. They would not return my phone call and messages.

This week they answered their phone and said they don't have a hygentist, and they don't know when they will get one. I don't really know what they do there! It seems that they just tell you what you need done and then refer you to a very expensive endontist, who did a poor job with my root canal and temporary that crack the same day, and never fixed it properly. Very unprofessional. Eau Claire needs to get their act together.

Poor People, Stay Away!!!, You are Not Wanted here!!! (This is the impression that I was given. ) I was told that I would have to make Payment In Full before being seen. I pointed out that Cooperative Help's own website states that: ". . . no one is deied care regardless of the ability to pay. ". I was then told that this only applies to the Doctors' Offices, not to the Dental Office. The lady then hung up on me.

. . . I called back. . . I explained that I had already signed up for the Sliding Fee Scale. She then demanded to know how much would I pay in advance and when would I pay the remainder. Next I was told that my previously scheduled appointment had been given away because I didn't confirm within 24 hours of the appointment.

I pointed out that over 24 hours still remained. She responded that the appointment had been given away already. I asked to be rescheduled. My new appointment is on November 6, 2024, at 9:30am. Hopefully I will be treated like a Human Being With Feelings, at this appointment. It's no fun to be poor and physically disabled; it's even worse when people humiliate and mistreat you for it.
