There are a few issues I have with this office, first thing is the wait time and you get no type of updates on where your child is within the process. The fact that it is an office for children but nothing is really child friendly. Bathrooms are nasty! The waiting area need to be updated and provide a slight larger area for kids to play so the don’t have to be on top of each other.

Lastly the space where staff call parents to discuss the services and the child is not HIPPA friendly.

Experience overall is great. Staff is friendly and courteous and do their best to get the children seen. Only complaint is he parking situation...over time the parking spots in the lot has been reduced significantly and forces patients to park on the street.

Been taking my kids here for years. Seems to be more busy now adays compared to the past but I still love it here. Staff always nice and professional and i don’t wait long when i come for my kids appointment

My daughter has been coming to kids smile for all of her childhood life and we have always been greeted with smiles and people with pleasure and my daughter has never had a complaint with any of the dentist as they are also people with pleasure so to the team in west Philly kids smile office stay awesome!!!!!!
