The hygienist are always rude and they all have an attitude. Watch the billing and procedures they give your children they will charge extra and will charge you and your insurance for things you didn't ask for and specifically asked them not to do. They'll do it anyway with a nasty attitude and charge you anyway.

All that and didn't even mention how they did a procedure wrong on my daughter and I had to go back to get it fixed to get attitude as if I'm the one who did I wrong.

I was in need for a second opinion for my 4 yr old daughter. Another scary peds dentist said she needed several crowns and to go under anesthesia and no other options given. I searched all through local fb groups and many had the same story as me and almost ALL pointed to Dr. Annie at Kidsteeth! Her staff was able to get us in that week for the consult.

She gave me so many options and was willing to work with whatever I chose and I no longer had a pit in my stomach. With our case, we were able to avoid surgery and crowns! Aside from that, the staff is so kind and helpful and the office/patient rooms was a nice set up. My daughter is extremely anxious but having a tv on the ceiling during fillings worked great. My daughter can't wait to go back!

Someone recommended this office to me about 2 years ago. While it is a very nice pediatric office their terrible with appointments. My daughters had to be rescheduled for appts as we could not make the dates (dates made 6 months in advance) and they told me that I would be waiting months for an appt. I asked to go on an on call wait list and they never reached out to me and its been 4 months.

Both my kids are way past due. The doctors are very kind and great with children's but they push unnecessary treatments onto young children. A few of the assistants are RUDE and should not be working with children AT ALL as their patience is low. I would avoid!

Very accommodating with all of our busy schedules. Just had to reschedule and she did her very best to offer me cancelations they had but also got me in in 2mths rather than November which I was totally expecting.
