The professionalism of an all- female group was not missed. I appreciated the cleanliness of the office, the pride the staff took in their individual jobs, and the greeting and checkout service rendered. A new experience for me in some ways and eager to get my scheduled restoration under way.

Just went for my semi-annual dental check-up and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff from Nikki, the hygienist, Precious, the tooth polisher, and Breanna, the dentist, were all great...wonderful bedside manner. I could have fell asleep while they all worked on me!😄 I have to commend all of them for a wonderful experience!

Ive had nothing but good experiences with this establishment but this time i had to take time out of my day to facilitate the correction of a bill between the office staff and my insurance. I was sent a statement with a dollar amount. This statement did not identify the dates of service or service provided. Office staff states they have been attempting to contact my insurance and insurance states they have been attempting to contact the office staff. Insurance states the submission of claim had insufficient information to process a payment.

In any case, i had to take time out of my work day in an attempt to correct this issue. Ive tried calling back the dental office and no answer. Earlier in the day i called and asked for an office manager and there was none on duty. The associate took my information and ensured i would receive a call back, but no call back in the last 4 hours. Office staff is disappointing.

Hard to believe nobody on duty to assist me in such a simple matter. Called this office 3 times today.

I can’t speak for the entire office, but our experience was quite disappointing and left us wondering how this place has received such glowing reviews. Most notably, our interaction with the hygienist, Nikki, was particularly unpleasant. She showed little to no bedside manner—not even a basic greeting or effort to make the patient feel comfortable. At one point, she used a dismissive hand gesture (beckoning with her finger) to call the patient over, which felt demeaning and unprofessional in a clinical environment.

If you do choose to visit this office, I would strongly recommend requesting a different hygienist for your cleaning. Based on our experience, we will not be returning and would not recommend this practice.
