Kim Nichols is a great dentist. I really liked her and all of her staff when I went there. My issue is not with the dentist but with her new receptionist. I have been seen here for about a year and never had any issues with the receptionist, Debbie, who used to be there. She was always pleasant and kind.

However they hired a new receptionist named Kimberly who came in around 7 months ago, that is when my issues started. She is very rude, and will yell at you on the phone. She is not helpful when you call, she keeps sending my claims to the wrong insurance company. Even though I've told her multiple times and then sending me bills saying it has to be paid in full its over 90 days. She also told me that I know nothing about insurance claims I told her thats what I do for a living she said well not here you don't.

She is just so rude!!! Then when she says she will contact you back never does. She is the reason I have chose to go to another dentist from here on out. It's really sad that Dr. Nichols is going to lose business because of her.

This is in response to Englishbars review. FYI Dr. Nichols had a death in her family and the office was closed since last wednesday. Sorry for you not getting a response, but sometimes things just happen. You should be more mindfull about saying negative things about businesses that you do not know. Thank you The Office Management.
