I needed an extraction from a severe broken tooth. I was able to get same day appointment, which made me really happy! They are up-front about pricing, the atmosphere is really nice, and every single staff member was lovely! I can’t wait for my follow up appointment.

I’m definitely going to start coming here for all of my dental needs! Thank you all very much, I’m sorry my tooth gave you such problems! (It took about an hour and a half to extract. It didn’t want to come out!)

I wish I could give no stars. I needed to have a root canal redone and my regular dental office’s endodontist couldn’t see me for 4 months so they recommended their sister office who couldn’t see me for 1 month but the pain I was having got me to look up another through insurance so I unluckily found KK Dental. They talked me into unnecessary $350 3D x-rays and then told me I needed to pull the tooth, do a bone graft and have an implant instead of the recommended treatment plan resulting in $6k out of pocket.

Not only that but their quote for the extraction was so high ($1300 including another $300 consultation) that it would’ve been another $300. I was still fighting the infection and had just run out of antibiotics but the office staff said I had to go back to my regular dentist to get more. When I told them all this they agreed this office was just trying to do unnecessary work and attempting to milk me for every dollar possible.

I got more antibiotics and held out for the sister office at which I got the root canal redone today without problem. Avoid this practice like the plague - they don’t care about you or your pain only your money.

Today was awesome, the staff was amazing, I did not have a ride to to office today due to the fact it was Saturday but one of the staff came and got me and brought me back home after my exam was over. I had the first step of the implants put in and extractions plus bone work done. That was a lot of work for one day but the staff was so nice and really made me feel comfortable and safe to have all the major work done in one day.

High praise to KK Dental.

Very pleasant experience with the Oral Surgeon. I was very impressed with Dr. Tyler Jacobs. He was extremely forthcoming and highly professional. He explained the oral procedure in detail and let me know what to expect. He did so in a very caring way.

It turns out that after the procedure, I was not as swollen and black and blue as I expected. The pain that I experienced was minimal and quite manageable. I really didn't need any pain medication. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and KK Dental.
