Dr. Kori and her dental hygienist (I forget her name, but she was a middle-aged African American woman, maybe Pam/Pamela?) were so sweet to me. They were kind, trustworthy, professional, and patient. They answered all of my questions, educated me on false Tik Tok rumors, and weren't judgmental that I was late for my 6-month cleaning. I had a bad experience with Neibauer, a corporate chain dental practice in Stonebridge, but Dr.

Kori has the rare bedside manner of a doctor that actually cares about her patients. Her office was super close to me and in a great, low-traffic area. They're flexible with scheduling too. I also love that they communicate via text, making it so much easier to relay updates. 10/10 would recommend to a friend of any age!

Kori dentistry is a breath of fresh air. Dr. Kori is extremely pleasant professional and most important she listens. The practice is a reminder of days go by.

No Name

Fraud fraud fraud . . do not go to this office. . it started when I went for a cleaning I had to be scheduled for a deep cleaning I scheduled it in April for two separate Friday appointments… I later started a new job April 1st I called the office on Monday and left a voice mails stating that due to the new job I would call back to reschedule and for now I would just keep the second appointment for later in the month . They called me that Friday to se where I was and I told them I had canceled the appointment. (lady said ok and that was that)… then I called the office a week and a half before (Wednesday) and again on the Monday week of the second to cancel again lady calls me on Friday for the same reason and I tell her the same thing… a month or so passes by and I get a bill in the mail that was about $175-$200 (I can’t remember) which was of because my cleaning was only suppose to be about $110 and no more. So I called and the lady said that there was a charge for a no show fee I told her no I called we’ll In advance to Cancel the appointment and it was not my fault if they did not check their voicemails as I called twice she then responded with WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE THE FEE, BUT YOU WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CLEANING” And I responded to her.

No, you will remove the fee because that is not my fault. I gave you guys more than enough notice. As far as the cleaning of course I will pay that but I won’t pay anymore. I let her get a bill in the mail and I call the office and I leave a voicemail stating that I wanted to make a payment I get a callback from a gentleman and I give him my card number over the phone. This was in September After that I didn’t hear anything from the office at all. I get a letter in the mail stating that the account was gonna go to collections for nonpayment so I called the office and I told them that I was confused because I had made this payment months ago so I was receiving a letter in the mail in December In January, there was a withdrawal from my account From a company called rapid recovery that I could not figure out what it was from so I reported it as fraudulent. Then later this week I get a text message stating that my card did not go through for payment. With the same name company, rapid recovery I asked a gentleman what was this for and how he got my card information he stated that he received it from Kori family dentistry I explained to the gentleman, but he needed to reverse the charges because I did not authorize this Transaction but I gave my card to them months ago to make the payment on the account and how was it that they didn’t have my card information to run the card but they had my card information to give it to this collection company.

This is completely illegal. I did not authorize my card information to be given to anybody and was solely supposed to be used for payment on my bill. Please be aware stay away from this office because they like to commit fraud now the collection company is trying to tell me that I need to pay them $362 and I told them I was not paying that because what they did is fraud. Shame on you, Corie family dentistry for trying to scam people out of their hard-working money. I am currently pregnant and this is such a stressful situation and it’s all because of your miscommunication because you never contacted me when I canceled the appointments. You never contact me to reschedule the appointments you never contacted me to tell me that the car didn’t go through if that was the case and he didn’t contact me at all when I called you requesting information asked why this was going on Please stay away from this office. They are dangerous.
