This place gave me the worst experience. I came to get my teeth fixed and I got my left side they recommended me getting some fillings. I get them all done about 6 teeth the dentist finished within hours. . . . I thought everything was good. . . till months go by and my teeth hurt still. . . . 2 of the teeth. Can't eat anything hot or cold.

I call back they realized they messed up so re did some. Another month goes by they still hurt. . . so I go to another dentist come to find out my fillings are literally pushing up on nerves & have to get more work done. My teeth till this day Hurt sooo bad! The dentist that I will be going to soon even said how much of a botched job they did. . . highly don't recommend going here!! He claims to do work sooo fast & the work just don't work! My boyfriend went there before me & will be going into another dentist because his teeth hurt as well. . . NOW. SMH.

Absolutely love this dental office. The people are nice and friendly. I had some bad experiences in the past with dental surgery and the dentist here was so understanding. I'm glade I changed and came here. Very happy with the service I am getting here. I will definitely recommend my friends and family.

The first visit to this office was good. I then set up my follow up appointment, and my wife worked out payment plan for my next visit. Unfortunately, as life happens an unexpected events happen. I had to call and cancel my appointment. In understand cancelling the same day isn't ideal but sometimes can not be avoided.

When I called to cancel, I was told I would be charged $55 per hour!!! I find that to be excessive and apparently expressing that only caused for an argumentative response. I considered rescheduling until he decided to insult my wife. It too bad this turned out this way but being rude to customer is not a way to get business or keep it.

I needed to see a dentist as soon as possible because a conflict in my schedule didn’t allow me to see my regular dentist. Lake City Way Dental not only saw me immediately, but they expedited the approval process with my insurance. They made me feel that I was right at home. I would recommend them to anyone seeking that extra personal touch when being provided a service.
