I have never had a good experience at a dental office until I found this one. I actually stumbled upon this office by accident because I needed an emergency filling done and they were the closest available option, and they fixed it and even scheduled me for a consultation that I just got today. I have Bipolar Disorder and before I was properly medicated, my depressive episodes would often lead to me not taking care of my teeth. And even though I am now mentally better, my mouth is still a piece of work.

And, unlike the other dentists Ive been with, I received no judgement from this. They scanned my entire mouth and came up with a treatment plan for me, which my previous dentist had never done. I wish I had found them sooner!!!

Best cleaning I’ve had in some time! The dentist was great also, pointed out that one of my crowns was chipped but said it is still very functional, which I appreciated instead of trying to sell me a new one. It was a very positive experience!

I cannot express how incredible this team is! I have been to over 10 dental offices in the past 11 years. I have anxiety and a history of periodontal disease and have had a lot of extractions/root canals etc. NOBODY in the Lincoln co/St Charles co area can compare to this dental office. The kindness, the compassion, the straightforward treatment plans, the pricing, and the dental work itself. All of it, absolutely amazing.

I have been quoted over 10k higher at other facilities (no that’s not a typo) for much less work than they did for me at Lake St Louis dental. I also really appreciate their consistency and predictability. I always know what I’m getting when I go and I completely trust them with all of my dental needs. I have looked my entire adult life for a dental office like theirs. They fixed my entire mouth within a few months and never once did I feel judged or like I couldn’t trust their judgement.

I’ll never go anywhere else again! The front desk staff, assistants, hygienists, and the Dentists themselves are just all amazing. If you’re reading through these reviews hoping to finally find a place that can help- you found them. I don’t leave many reviews either but they deserve all the praise and then some!

I was checked in and seen immediately. The hygienist explained everything as we completed X-rays and initial exam. The cleaning was quick and painless. The only thing I did not like was being told that fluoride treatment and cancer screening was mandatory even though it’s not covered by insurance. I have no intention of being forced into a treatment.
