Disgraceful. Trouble getting scheduled. When i wanted procedures done on my teeth and had to pay out pocket, they’d have appointments available every week and would try to schedule me happily. Now that my expensive procedures are done, they can’t even get me an appointment for oral hygiene cleaning. They canceled my appointment few days before saying doctor isn’t available.

Fine i mean things can happen, I respectfully asked for rescheduling, i do like Dr Harris he did a great job on my teeth. But after the initial counter offer date wasn’t going to work for me they’re now claiming their next appointment is for 2026. One year later for oral hygiene cleaning?! Disappointed they’d treat their patient like this. And the person on the phone couldn’t care less.

Excellent Dentist. Very knowledgeable staff. The assistant who performed my scans and X-rays was very kind and professional. Dr. Harris answered every question I had and took time to make sure I understood things.

He was funny and transparent about everything, with no judgement. Very clear about pricing. I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision on any expensive treatments. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist, my appointment was very stress and anxiety free.

Such kind and helping staff. Haven’t been to the dentist in a literal decade and I needed a chipped tooth repaired. Staff was knowledgeable and the environment was laid back and welcoming. Dr. Harris is an awesome dude, dental tech was funny and the office ladies were great. My tooth looks amazing. Made my next appointment before I left.
