Wanted to go in for a teeth whitening session. It is impossible to get through to someone to schedule an appointment, and they also canceled my session the day of my appointment. They claimed they had been trying to reach me when they didn't have a number on file. Not impressed

I was deathly afraid of the dentist all of my previous experiences were horrible. I was introduced to the Lakefront Dental Spa and its so nice! From the receptionist to the esthetician to the Dr. Dr. K is so gentle as is the dental hygienist; who is the bomb too.!

I read all the good reviews so I decided to give them a try as I was new in town. Everyone in the office was friendly and nice but surprisingly I got scratch at right corner of my mouth after I went home and I had hard time open my mouth to eat the next day. I texted them about it but they just simply ignored. I never had this kind of experience in my entire life visiting a dentist. I spent $550+groupon $105 at this dental office. Not only I wanted my teeth been taken care of but also should went home without any scratch on my face.

They said it nicely to let them know if anything after you went home. That was a lie. Unfortunately they will just ignore you. I am so upset and will not recommend them.

I've avoided dentists like the COVID plague until I met Dr. King and her team! She and her assistant Lilly made me feel very comfortable and shame free even as I told them I haven't seen a dentist in 3 years. Dr.

King is very thorough and made a point to explain her process and reasoning behind her recommendations. Not to mention, the office is well put together with beautiful views of the lake while you sit in the chair. While I'm grateful to still be cavity free, I'll definitely be back to the spa regularly!
