Our whole family has been going to Lakeland Dental for the past 11 years, and we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Virk is absolutely wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, and highly professional. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and always ensures we feel comfortable. The entire staff is amazing friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Dr Virk is always so patient with me and accommodating. I had an emergency tooth ache. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes to check it out and get an xray, then refer me to get a root canal, which I was able to get within hours of seeing her. My visit was coordinated through the Army’s Reserve Health Readiness Program. As a service member, I don’t have much choice in where I’m seen or treated. Unfortunately, that often means subpar experiences, due to the military’s emphasis on cost efficiency and the challenges of contracting providers fairly for their time and services. That said, Lakeland Dental was a refreshing exception. My experience there was superb.

The clinic had a clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere. The service was both quick and thorough, perfectly aligned with my hectic schedule. The dentist was personable and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to address my concerns and explain my options in a clear, easy-to-understand way. If I lived closer, Lakeland Dental would absolutely be my dental office of choice!

Would give 0 stars if I could 😊 I brought my daughter for her first ever cleaning. As most 2 year olds would be she was not really a fan of being there and that part I totally understand not being able to do a cleaning but the attitude and annoyance that the team had with her was honestly unacceptable. The eye rolling and looks that the dentist and assistant were giving each other was so beyond rude. She’s 2 and scared.

The dentist walked in and first thing she says is “is this the one who is doing all the screaming” just very off putting. As the dentist was walking out of the room she said we need to find a pediatric dentist and there’s nothing they can do for us and said to call her insurance to figure it out. The front desk staff were great and very helpful on the other hand. We were very disappointed to say the least.

We literally were in there for 5 minutes. If you can’t handle pediatric patients maybe don’t accept them as patients. The way they treated a 2 year old I would never want to see them as an adult and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone🤷‍♀️
