Trust the 1-2 star reviews. Went here for a cleaning for a 10:00 appointment. 52 minutes into the appointment and still waiting for the cleaning. The hygienist came in to the initial review to see what type of cleaning I would need, regular she said. Then waited 10 minutes thinking that she would come back to do the cleaning. Nope.

The Dr. came in to do the same procedure but to let me know useless info that had nothing to do with why I was there. She then tried to upsell services that I didn’t need or asked for. She stated she was going to have someone come in with the best treatment plan and get back to me. Again, I was only there for a cleaning. At this point it’s 10:40.

The lady came back in and asked me if I wanted the extra services added today and she could give me an estimate of what the cost would be. I told her no and I only wanted the cleaning. After 12 mins had passed, I gathered my things and left. They asked if I wanted to reschedule my cleaning since it’s covered under my insurance and I declined. Will be getting my X-rays and going elsewhere!!! Do not recommend this place at all!

New ownership is amazing! Everyone that I have spoken to or worked with here is very caring and kind! Dr. Juthani is awesome and easy to work with. He explained everything thoroughly to me throughout my procedure and during after care. The ladies at the front are super friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend!!

I never thought I'd have such a positive experience at a dental office, but here we are! I highly recommend the crew at Lakeshore Dental. They really seem to care about your comfort and health. Before my cleaning starting, they offered me a pair of sunglasses so that I wouldn't be blinded by the lights or accidentally get spray in my eyes. Lakeshore also seems to use the most up-to-date technology.

The tool they used to scrape my teeth clean sprayed a steady stream of water during the whole process, which seemed to make the whole ordeal go by faster (because who wants to spend more time with the dentist than absolutely necessary). I also appreciate that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesperson the entire visit. The dental office I was using before always tried to push teeth whitening on me, no matter how many times I said no. I can see that Lakeshore offers services like Invisalign and whitening, but there was no pressure on me to add additional services on.

I feel like this means that anything they recommend truly would be for my benefit and not because they're trying to make a quick buck. I guess that's one of the benefits of supporting a local business over a corporate chain!
