Never thought I would move to Bristol CT from New Britain and in only two years had couple cavities fixed and no even months after they all started breaking apart. Now I need a root canal when my tooth could have been saved but the assistant slacker they got talks over the dentist and always seems to have an attitude with people. My step daughter said the same thing and my girl before I even was in their lifes, now I understand.

Be aware that this clinic specializes in creating space in your mouth for cavities to spread so they can root canal the hell out of your insurance after they play with the system and people's health. Tried talking but no courtesy or ethics.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been. Front desk was extremely rude. Her bad attitude shouldn’t reflect on the company, As a customer, especially at a dentist office who is working on your permanent teeth you should want to feel secure and confident.

Her attitude was like the type that will screw your teeth on purpose to say I told you so. I declined the business I will go somewhere who deserves my money.

Just got my tooth extracted here today and I am over the moon happy with everyone here! I have panic attacks at dentist offices and I felt cared for and not just money in their business! The hygienist was so. amazing trying to keep me calm and talking to me thru the whole process when I needed a minute they paused for me to breathe again.

Such amazing people ❤️ thank you guys so so much! See you in May :)
