Oral surgeon was great however there were 2 altercations in the waiting room of people fighting and they gave me my wisdom teeth recovery instructions in Spanish when I never spoke Spanish to them or even indicated that I did now I don’t know how to properly care for the wound. Also my vitals were never checked or recorded before the procedure which is pretty dangerous the assistants were too worried about the music that was on. I asked for laughing gas in my paperwork and in person and didn’t receive it before the extraction which was disappointing considering I had an awful experience the last time I had an extraction and had a panic attack during the procedure.

Not to mention I only made an appointment at this specific office which is about a hour away because they did use laughing gas unlike my regular office. Severely disappointed and will not recommend this location to anyone.

Stay far away from Erika the secretary that works at the front desk very rude and condescending thinks she owns the place . This is not an isolated incident this is after seeing many different patients get in trouble with her for no reason at all . She needs to find a different job a she is just bringing this place down.

They took all my teeth out didn't let me make my next appointment to get my dentures I keep calling can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back they left me with no way to eat im slowly starving to death because I can't physically show food anymore and I didn't do anything wrong the two visits I had before now im stuck with no way to eat making my life harder and making me want to end it all

I had the same issue before with not being able to get anyone on the phone and my health was failing due to lack of nutrition and teeth. As today 5/27/25 that has all changed. A new female dentist took great care of me I mean she was spot on. Stopped me from gagging even while doing my impressions! So happy, have a positive outlook now. Give them a new try she's wonderful
