I would give this place zero stars if I could. Dirty waiting area (and not just a little dirty. Dirty like old used tissues and dustballs under seats), extremely RUDE staff and doctors. Wait time is laughable.

Apparently only 1 parent is allowed in the back with their child, as well. I will never bring my child back here. I urge you to go some place else, I normally do not write reviews but I just couldn't let someone else come here if it could be avoided.

My daughter has anxiety about any Dr but especially the dentist. It is so bad another office had asked her to not return. The staff here is so kind. My daughter felt calm through the X-ray and cleaning process. She left with a smile.

Their waiting time was terrible long. My three kids have been go to this Location for many years. Every time we have to be waiting for at least 15 - 25 minutes after appointment time. They are keep you waiting, never can manage it on time. Feb. 03,2016, I have been confirmed the 9:10 am appointment on two days ago, but when I arrived there, they told me my appointment is 10 am, but they will try to let me in early.

I said " it is Okay, I can wait. ( It was only three patients there) but 45 minutes passed, I asked, " did you checked me in?", she just said will call me in any minute, then 15 minutes passed (10:10 am) , Now, she told me my appointment is 10：40 am, I said, if I needed to be waited for 2 hours, you should let me know at 9 o,clock (when I here), I told her, I received message on Monday, my appointment time is 9:10 am, I don't know what happened, you told me was 10 am, now is 10:40 am, I couldn't wait any longer. One of the nurse told me, look, my chart is already there, I will be next one. Okay, I can wait another 10 minutes, but 10 minutes passed, I saw two patients were been called in, they never checked me in, never did anything made you in little sooner, just keep you waiting. She was tried Lied to patient, didn't responsible to patient's time. Terrible nurse there.

They left message at my home phone's voice mail, If they left the appointment time 9:10 am at my cellular phone's voice mail, I will definitely bring in and play the message to them, let they listen and admit it , they were making mistake. Terrible. . . .

I’m not really sure how this office is still open and operating based on the condition of the office alone . Every time I am here with my daughter always with an appointment we wait at least 45 mins before we are moved to a room to wait some more. Our most recent visit my daughter was scheduled to have two teeth pulled, with laughing gas . No one made it a point to say she couldn’t eat 3 hours beforehand.

So the woman at the desk was like “we don’t have it here in the notes that she’s getting laughing gas” but i specifically scheduled the appointment in person with the woman sitting behind her who gave me the pricing for her next visit (this visit) and asked me directly if she would be getting laughing gas, which i said yes, and it was noted in the pricing sheet . So now my daughter is about to get two teeth pulled and is very anxious. I tried to reschedule later in the day because the wait time is always ridiculous and we were coming on my lunch break from work . I should have switched a long time ago but we love her dentist .

The office itself , the wait time, and the women behind the window are just so unfortunate.
