As a previous patient of yours, I think it’s time to release my review of how my appointment and procedure went in your office. I was a new patient. I filled out the documents and new patient forms. These were fully completed with all my information as well as my medical history and what medications I was on.

When I went to your business, the procedure was going to involve drilling. Because of that your dentist would have to use local agents to numb the area. In the midst of the procedure I kept telling the dentist that I was feeling everything, but she continued to go forward. She never stopped when I told her that I don’t think that the local agents has kicked in or anything, she just kept going.

Come to find out, if she would have read my file, she would have seen that I was in a medication that counteracted the local agent which meant that there was no numbing and I felt everything!!!! I’m not sure how many years your files go back, but, I’m happy to discuss this. Additionally, you could make me some copies of my visit so I can submit those to someone that could address those a bit more in the medical licensing department of that works to, to maybe mandate some extra training or suspension of practice. What ever works, just reach out.

I recommend lakewood smile dental to anyone who asks me! It's a very clean and calming dentistry and everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I had to get two root canals and I was checked-in with very often throughout the procedures. I still go here for regular cleanings and they are pretty advanced in all that they offer.

Also, they offer reasonable payment plans for larger bills, which was very helpful.
