The best Dentist I have found in Southern pines. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dentist is gentle and competent (a relief after my other experiences.) Rachel does my cleanings and is so good and nice. All my past dentist office trauma is slowly being reversed by coming here. So glad I found them.

Great staff. I drove an hour to their office because their schedular was the only one out of three offices that could figure it out and provided amazing customer service. When we arrived at the appointment Nikki took us back pretty quickly and provided great support and solutions. The wonderful Dentist came in and she was so nice, which was pleasantly surprising due to the dentists we have seen since being in NC.

She made my kids laugh and they really loved her demeanor and felt very comfortable with her. My kids don't get very excited but they both expressed their happiness with the team. The flexibility, quality of service, and the overall environment and team will keep us driving a hour away just to be seen at this office

I was very apprehensive about dental care due to my past experiences. Finding Lane and Associates in Southern Pines was a blessing. It began with NOT wanting to do dental care, but had to. From the beginning, this staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Whitt and her staff are amazing in ALL ways. Each individual works to reduce the stress and anxiety you feel.

The young lady(her name skips this memory, but not her concern) who took x-rays began with the calming of my apprehension. Her sweet smile, warming concern for me was genuine. She made moving to cleaning a comfortable process. Next came my Cleaning Technician, Brianna. What a gem!!! I explained how long it had been and why. The pain I felt from previous cleanings was horrible where I no longer had a desire for cleaning. Brianna won the daily prize from me!!!! She was absolutely amazing and very thorough.

Her concern for my pain and fear was so greatly appreciated, that I completely forgot I was sitting in a chair to have my teeth cleaned. Seriously, I had NO issues with pain and left smiling with a clean-no pain- mouth. Brianna is tops in dental cleaning. I will go to no one else!!! The entire staff at Lane and Associates in Southern Pines is beyond professional. They truly care for their clients and I recommend them with no reservations.
