The office manager was very rude and unprofessional, after being 10 minutes late to my appointment due to GPS taking me to a federal building next door I explained the situation the First Ladies at the desk were very kind and told me to wait for the office manager. The second she arrived she said “your 30 minutes late” she did not greet me , say hi , nothing . I corrected her I was 10 minutes late and try to explain why after this her attitude was still very unprofessional and I usually am never mean or rude to people but I sure did tell her she was mean and nasty , after her saying “well you want the appointment for tomorrow or what” I refused due to the way she handled her attitude .

I understand policy I don’t respect unprofessionalism or put my money towards it .

I have to share the great experience with this office. There cleaning was very thorough today for me. The doctor was respectful and attentive. I just not use to that. I typically except people no caring about others. Furthermore, I have to give the upmost gratitude for the service to Sally who provided help for my handicapped brother.

She advocated for him and he is now receiving oral care. I am so grateful. because it seems like every service now has a culture of doing the less and expecting exterm payments. My family is so grateful for all your help. 🙂

Went to this practice for a few years and was pleased with the experience. When I looked into a change in my insurance coverage I only had two health and dental providers that I wanted to make sure I could continue to see. Larchmont Dental was one of them. But when I went in for my January appointment I was told they didn't take my insurance. They are listed as a provider in error (only the long retired partner accepted the coverage).

No apology, no nothing. Gal at the front desk could not have cared less. Doctors KNOW that a lot of people base their coverage on keeping their current providers but Larchmont Dental did nothing to make sure that the information at my current insurance provider is correct. I'm off to find a new dentist in the area that actually gives a damn about their patients.

Always a great experience. Always helpful. Great advice and my experiences have always been pain free. Was very thankful for the hygienist working through lunch to get me in earlier than my appointment due to some changes in my schedule. Awesome!
