While dr Larusso was absolutely amazing, I was met with an extreme lack of empathy and compassion by his staff. I had emergency surgery and had to cancel the day before my dentist appointment. Following that, I had a series of unfortunate events with my 2 year old son being placed in and out the ICU so here I am a year later trying to get scheduled in. To which unbeknownst to me, I was placed on the no book list. When I reiterated that it wasn’t because of me taking advantage of anyone’s time, I simply had an emergency that needed to be dealt with, his staff seemed extremely uninterested.

Dr. Larusso was amazing removing my upper wisdom teeth and I regret him being unable to remove my lower teeth. Hoping that he re-evaluates those on his team or that their be a lesson on compassion to be instilled in their hearts.
