"I've been coming to this dental office for about a year now, and I'm consistently impressed with their service. The front desk staff is efficient and friendly - they always greet me by name and make scheduling a breeze. Dr. Chun and the hygienists are thorough yet gentle. I scheduled an appointment a month ago. I had been going to All Smiles Dental (FOR YEARS) which is this same location but now different owners. My appointment was for 9:30am and I even had a reminder in my calendar. When I arrived, they said I didn’t have an appointment and that maybe it was with the dental office next door. I walk over next door and their door is locked. I call the number that I called to schedule my appointment as it’s the same number I’ve had saved in my phone as All Smiles Dental. The woman who answered was the woman I spoke to when walking into this dental office. I asked her AGAIN to verify if there was an appointment scheduled for me but she said no.

I told her that was weird because this was the number I called to schedule LAST MONTH. She gives me another number to call for another dental office, even though I know I made the appointment with THIS office. . I still call the number and they said they didn’t have an appointment. As I’m speaking to the other dental office, I see All Smiles Dental calling my phone as the number is SAVED IN MY PHONE. The woman at the front desk asks if I’m still close by and I said I had just pulled off. She asks if *my mother’s name* rings a bell. I said yes, that’s my mother.

She tells me that another lady in the office scheduled the appointment for my mother and it was cancelled because they tried to call to remind my mom of the appointment but she said she didn’t have an appointment. She asked if my mom didn’t speak English well and I said that she does speak English very well but just has a heavy accent. I asked her how they scheduled an appointment with my mom when the person verified all my information when scheduling my appointment. I’ve also had the same number since I was a teenager. She apologized for the “miscommunication” and didn’t even ask me if I wanted to schedule a new appointment. It took everything in me not to curse her out but this was messed up as I waited a WHOLE MONTH for this appointment.

The doctor is super sweet, gentle, and performs with great finesse. You are always greeted like family from the front desk as soon as you arrive. My family continues to go here for the same reasons that I do.

I would recommend this professional dentist to anyone even if you haven't seen a dentist in a long time. They'll take care of you while making sure you're comfortable. I always enjoy my visit, from the homey feeling to the neck pillows and the hot towel at the end, this place is the best!!
