So rude receptionist. I just asked her do you take walk in or only appointment, then rather than asking my details she started making a long investigation on my friend who gave me their number. My friend beside me is holding his mouth with pain, rather than answering about the appointment she is just asking a long list of questions about reference. And finally after all my answers, she said they don’t have appointments till sept 12.
That’s not the way you speak to people MISS. Disrespectful.

OMG, the receptionist at this office is the rudest person ever. Her customer service is not very professional. The way she talks to people is unbelievable. I own my own business and I would definitely not recommend anyone to this office. The owner of this practice really needs to have a talk with her. She is definitely not representing this office.

DOCTOR JOHN IS THE BEST DENTIST! He always puts his patients first, does quality work, very honest and a fantastic human being. I never thought I will ever be excited to go to a dentist!!!

Dr John does every step of your appointment!!!! Talking with friends, this is a rarity because the cleaning part their exam is delegated to a dental assistant/hygienist, and the dentist only comes in to poke around at the end. Not with Dr John at Lawrence East dental, he does every part of your appointment! I have been seeing Dr John for about 30+ yrs, and my children also see him.
Hopefully his son will take over the practice because when Dr John retires, I cannot imagine having to find a dentist who pays this much attention and care with his patients.
