I am a 67 year old total Dental coward. I have always avoided trips to the dentist until there was no other choice. Today was just such a day. Not having a family Dentist I picked a Dentist close to home which happened to be Dr. Laxa. His staff is extremely patient oriented and friendly. They emediately eased my anxiety and made me feel at ease.

Then Dr Laxa came in and his caring and warm personality as well as the time he took to get to know me and explain my problem and treatment options made me comfortable. The procedure he performed was virtuously painless. He demonstrated a true caring for my comfort. Best Dentist I have had in my 67 years. We now have a new family Dentist!!! And for the first time in my life I have a Dentist that I would and will recommend! Thank you Dr. Laxa and your staff!

I was looking for a new dentist, so I thought I would give Laxa Dentistry a shot. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. Because she was unsure about insurance coverage, she transferred me to whoever handles that for this practice. That is when my experience changed quickly. This person was rude, did not want to help, and could care less about the business that my family and I would bring. That’s ok, I will go elsewhere.

I just thought others should know that this place is not all sunshine and rainbows, as the other reviews would lead you to believe. In the end, after doing my own research, Dr. Laxa did not update what insurance he accepts. So if you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, this practice will take it, but you will be considered out of network.

I definitely enjoyed my services provided by Laxa Dentistry staff. From the front desk to the dentist, the level of professionalism, customer service and dental knowledge was outstanding I have never had such a great experience at a dentist office than this one. I highly recommend them.

Finding a great dentist is always a top priority for me. I started coming to the practice when it belonged to Dr.Meares, who was wonderful. I decided to stay when Dr, Laxa took over and have continued to go even though my insurance is now out of network. The team is fantastic, thorough, and always helpful!
