On March 20th, I took my son to Lazarra Smiles Orthodontics. Since we were patients of Dr. Horn I saw that Dr. Lazzara and his staff were graciously helping out clients that were near the end of their treatment. My son’s first appt was to debond the braces that he had been in for close to 5 consecutive years. Dr.

Lazarra’s recommendation was to take off the braces and give his teeth a break and maybe down the line do some fine-tuning. We decided to go that route. He and his entire staff were extremely accommodating, pleasant, and sincere given the circumstances that we were in. In addition to the wonderful staff; his office was exceptionally clean and needless to say well decorated with autographed sports memorabilia (that my 19 year old son greatly appreciated). They explained every step of action of along the way from the beginning of his appointment to the end. My son even received a goody bag filled with gooey, sticky treats.

All questions were answered. We even conversed about our families. We felt very comfortable and we are happy to be going back on the 25th to receive his retainers. I cannot remember such a wonderful experience with any medical office aside from this one. From our first phone call over a month ago to our first appointment; it could not have gone any better. If anyone is still looking for further treatment I would highly recommend Lazzara Smiles Orthodontics!

I can’t really say enough about Lazzara Smiles and all of their staff!! They welcomed us with open arms. We had heard great things about Dr. Lazzara and decided to call for a consult as we still had time before our appt at another orthodontist. I knew we made the right choice as soon as I got off the phone with them. Within an hour they had sent our daughter a personalized video message welcoming her to the practice and letting her know they were looking forward to seeing her. This video alone brought tears to my eyes. When we arrived they welcomed us by name and brought out a small bouquet of roses for daughter’s birthday, which isn’t until next month.

Kaitlyn was amazing with Ellie, making her feel so comfortable and explained everything she was doing from taking x-rays, pictures, etc. She met with us after to discuss what she had done and listened intently as we told her our journey so far with braces. She was so understanding of everything our daughter has been through. Dr. Lazzara then came in and was just as amazing! He walked us through what looked good and what still needed to be done. He suggested that we take the braces off for a “braces vacation” and allow her gums to heal and give her a break from them for a bit. They had time available and said they could take them off right then! My daughter about jumped out of her chair with excitement! Dr.

Lazzara and his assistant ( I wish I could remember her name) were incredible!! They explained everything before they did it, told Ellie to raise her hand if she needed them to stop at anytime, and kept checking on her. The entire team there was laughing and chatting with each other. What an amazing environment! They took the scans for her retainers and we went back up today to pick them up. I truly cannot thank them enough for their generosity! I would HIGHLY recommended anyone who is looking for an orthodontist to see them! Dr. Lazzara and his team are absolutely worth the drive!

We took our daughter here to have her braces removed after her former orthodontist office abruptly closed. We were given an immediate appointment, literally no wait time. The staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. They were very informative , explained her options for any future treatment, removed her braces, created her retainers, rescheduled an appointment for the same week to pick them up.

This was all done free of charge to us as her former orthodontist was no longer available to complete her treatment. To say they went above and beyond to accommodate and care for us is an understatement. Thank you again Lazzara Smiles❤️

have you ever had a really superb experience somewhere and think to yourself, “ I will always recommend this place”!? well that was my experience at Lazzara Smiles! I haven’t been to this location since middle school, which was 15 year ago when it was run by Dr. Kaufman (which was wonderful and the office was almost exactly how I remembered it) but I was welcomed with a warm and amazing greeting. The ladies at the front desk, and Kaitlin were fantastic and made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. The service was top notch- I was concerned about some minor shifting with my teeth.

I wasn’t pressured by Dr. Lazzara into doing any unnecessary treatments, but was rather offered a more logical and cost efficient option for what I needed. on top of that, my retainer was ready within 24 hours!! the experience from when I walked into the office was unlike any other- HIGHLY recommend :)
