I have been coming to this dental office for years, but today I experienced something deeply upsetting and unacceptable. My stepmother came in for a second opinion on dental work, and instead of being treated with respect, the dentist became extremely rude and dismissive. My stepmother was abruptly told to leave, and shockingly, was informed that my entire family and I was no longer welcome as patients—despite our long-standing relationship with this office. Instead of listening to my mothers concerns or giving them a chance to explain, they was accused of “playing games” and treated them with disrespect. When I arrived later for my scheduled appointment, I was also denied service and told to leave.

The way we were treated was not only unprofessional—it felt like racial profiling. The dentist and staff refused to listen or engage with my mothers respectfully. My stepmother without causing any issues, yet my entire family was banned with no valid explanation. It’s very disrespectful treating us like that, especially we have been loyal to this dentist for years. I also have read the other reviews and I see a pattern happening to the black and the Hispanics as well.

Which is racial profiling. Ido not recommend this dentist to anyone, especially those who want to be about treated fairly.

This treatment appeared to stem from a simple misunderstanding involving my wife’s prior visit to another dentist.

Instead of listening to my concerns or giving me a chance to explain, I was accused of “playing games” and treated with hostility. When my daughter arrived later for her scheduled appointment, she was also denied service and told to leave. The way we were treated was not only unprofessional—it felt like racial profiling. The dentist and staff refused to listen or engage with us respectfully.

I left without causing any issues, yet my entire family was banned with no valid explanation. It’s heartbreaking and infuriating to be treated this way, especially after being loyal patients for years. I do not recommend this practice to anyone, especially those concerned about being treated fairly and with dignity.

The staff is incredible. So friendly and welcoming. Dr. Baus was awesome. He talks you through each step of the process and genuinely cares. I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for a professional and caring experience.

I have been a patient for years and each and every time it’s been amazing. There is very little wait once you check in and when you are seen it’s always a friendly atmosphere. On my most recent visit I had a new to me hygienist named Janee. She was really friendly and gave thorough explanations as to what she was doing.

She genuinely cared about my comfort and my teeth have never been cleaner. Dr Baus did the final check over and I was treated with the same care and compassion. I highly recommended Lehigh Dental.
