Dr. J. Eric Valencia, DMD. Dr. Valencia earned his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine after completing his B.A. at the University of Rochester. He further honed his skills through a hospital residency program at Staten Island University Hospital and practiced general dentistry for four years before returning to the University of Pennsylvania for its Advanced Dental Education Program in Endodontics. During his postgraduate residency, he also served as an instructor at the school's Microscope Training Center, sharing his expertise in microscope use for conventional and microsurgical endodontic treatments. Dr. Valencia maintains an active role in academics as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, instructing endodontic residents and general dental students. He is a proud member of the American Association of Endodontists.
