Writing this review for my cousin Matt- I made an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction, my tooth broke. I ended up getting that tooth and a wisdom tooth removed. They were amazing, the staff was so kind and help to keep my nerves calm. I would recommend them over and over again.

A very pleasant experience! From my first consultation to leaving with 3 extracted teeth, the staff was truly professional and very classy. They got me in very quickly, where as my normal surgeon was 2 months out just for a consult. It was my first experience with sedation and I was very nervous about the whole ordeal. They took it in stride and made the time go by very nicely.

The nurse even walked me outside to my ride in the snow. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery.

Let me tell you my story. I am a retired disabled woman. I came to this practice because I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. Dr Farag pulled my tooth and suggested an implant. Because I don’t have dental insurance this would cost 7000. 00 total over a year of procedures. A year after my implant my umm plant became loose.

I went to my dentist who confirmed my implant never adhered to the bone so the implant fell out. Dr Farag said she stood by her implants and offered to redo with a bigger bone graft and a bigger sinus lift all which was done the first time at my expense. This would take another year to fully be done. Well I said no and asked for a refund. Their faces looked like I asked for their 1st born. The receptionist came to talk to me not the doctor and offered me 2500. 00- as I was leaving very annoyed I opened the door and Dr Farag was outside the door listening.

I called the office to check on the refund the receptionist said they would get back to me. As of today I have never received any refund and I used all my savings. She should have advised me of a cheaper idea which would be a single denture or a bridge. I was taken advantage of/ don’t let this happen to you.

My husband went here for wisdom teeth extraction and it was a great experience. Everyone is so nice, and the procedure was about 45 minutes! My only “complaint” was the wait time was long, but other than that it was great. It’s a good place if you have high dental anxiety. Thank you!
