I called early in the morning around 8:15am, luckily, i got a call back even before their business hours, i went for a dental emergency and a consultation. They are very thorough, professional, and incredibly friendly. I was also impressed with the attention to detail and patient care from Dr. Hanna Lo and Dr. Fadi throughout the process.

It’s clear they truly value their patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lifestyle Dentistry to my family, friends, or anyone looking for a tender, loving, and careful dental procedure and my greatest/painless free experience with both dentists. Also, many thanks to Margaret for answering all of my questions about my insurance coverage, booking me ASAP and made me feel welcomed to their office. Kudos to all their staff!

I've recently decided to switch dentists and found Lifestyle Dentistry through Google search. I had my first exam checkup this week, and the staff were so helpful and informative when it came to my oral health. Nevertheless, I am happy with my decision on choosing Lifestyle Dentistry for future dental care, and was happy that they were accepting new patients.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist like me.

One star is for the receptionist/office mngr Margaret. I’ve been a loyal patient at this clinic because my dentist Dr. Lo is really good—professional, kind, and highly skilled. However, I’m deeply disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist. As a cancer patient on long-term disability, I am transitioning back to work and I needed a simple doctor’s note for my workplace which specifies the reason and outcome of appointment.

When I requested her to amend the note to specify the same, I was met with arrogance and rudeness. She talks backs and rolls her eyes on you. She told me bluntly - she has tons of other things she needs to take care of so it was not just me or the note that needs a correction, which was not only dismissive but also hurtful, given my health circumstances. This lack of support and empathy is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. This was when no other patient was in the waiting area so can’t imagine about busy hours.

I previously gave a benefit of doubt that she might had a bad day but could not take that attitude every time. There are many great dental clinics in the area who are welcoming, greet nicely, treat me with respect, and can still get the job done. I continue to choose this one because of my trust in the dentist however, the receptionist’s attitude has made my visits unnecessarily stressful and upsetting. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, as patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
