It was a great experience. Beautiful office and very inviting. I just want these dentist office receptionists or whomever to be more diligent about investigating their clients insurance coverage. I need help. I can call my dental insurance all day but why when the dental office can just run it through the insurance for what I need done.

I’m not sitting at home with dental codes and the process procedures of billing. Isn’t the dental office staff the ones that’s going to run the insurance for coverage of these astronomical dental costs anyway, am I correct? Now I will say that Dr Sunny did try to research it while he was talking to me. Kudos to him. Now that’s a dentist I feel that cares. I’m just tired of the runaround with other dental offices staff not helping me with getting these estimates inputted.

I have waisted so much money on dental bills with awful results , costly upfront payments and overcharged bills. I’m hoping that this office (Dr Sunny) will change how I feel about dealing with other incompetent price gouging dentists. Fingers crossed and great job Dr Sunny with your shown compassion towards me. You did give me a ray of hope.

I had a very bad experience going to another dentist office. I am a gagger meaning specially if you go to the back of my teeth. Lifetime smiles was the best decision I made. The doctor was very gentle and his assistant was just amazing as well.

I highly recommend lifetime smiles. They made me feel at home answered all my questions and in the chair always was sure that I was doing fine and needed to take a break.

I took my 81 year old Mom who has Alzheimer’s to Lifetime Smiles. What a wonderful experience. I was nervous taking her in but the staff jumped right in and made sure my mom was handle with care. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience

This is my first new dentist in 30 years. I couldn't have made a better choice. The whole staff is super nice and easy to talk to. The communication about treatment plans and insurance coverage is excellent. They are an energetic fun group and very good at their professions. Highly recommend!
