Five-star Review for Dr. Reynolds & Her Amazing Team! I can not say enough great things about Dr. Reynolds, her assistant Sierra, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk, Vivian and Chiffon! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. First off, I was running late for my appointment, so I called ahead to let them know. Instead of making me feel rushed or stressed, Chiffon kindly replied back and reassured me, saying, “Okay, no problem, drive safe. ” That simple gesture meant so much and immediately put me at ease. Reynolds has always been phenomenal, professional, skilled, and incredibly kind. She truly cares about her patients, and it shows in every interaction. Sierra, her assistant, was just as amazing. She was so patient, gentle, and explained everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was how explanatory, understanding, and compassionate everyone was. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. The level of care and professionalism at this office is unmatched.

As I was sitting there, I thought to myself, “I hope I don’t ever have to change my dentist unless I have to relocate. ” That’s how much I appreciate the incredible care I receive here. Our family has been seeing Dr. Reynolds for over two years now, and honestly, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. From the moment we walk through the door, we’re greeted by name — it’s those little personal touches that really make this office feel different. There’s a sweet play area that keeps my girls entertained (lifesaver during check-ins!), and the whole team just makes everything so easy — from scheduling to rescheduling, and even texting for quick communication. They really get that life happens and work with you, not against you. The care itself? Always top-notch.

Dr. Reynolds takes the time to make sure everything feels right — especially after major work, she never lets me leave without checking my bite adjustment and making sure I’m completely comfortable. I’ve never had that lingering feeling like something got missed. This office truly covers the full picture of patient care — respectful, reliable, and genuinely kind. So grateful we found them!

Light dental takes care of my whole family. Dr. Reynolds is an amazing dentist. She always ensures our dental health is taken care of and explains procedures and options clearly. Dr Reynolds is definitely an artist who does what is necessary to make the bite right! She takes the time to make sure everything is good to go and comfortable. She is empathetic and listens to our concerns. Melissa, our hygienist is outstanding.

She is gentle and thorough and makes the process of a cleaning and X-rays as comfortable as possible. Her humor and conversation help the time pass quickly and she provides excellent instructions on self care. Chiffon and Vivian in the front take care of all the administrative stuff from scheduling to billing and are always cheerful and friendly. They always make sure we're notified of any changes and send us friendly reminders of upcoming appointments. They are amazing.
