Amazing place with amazing staff! They're very helpful, considerate, and won't cut any corners. Every procedure has gone smoothly, the dentists and orthodontist are superb at what they do, and the process of making appointments and being notified ahead of time is fantastic as well. I would give zero stars if possible. My husband had a root canal done in 2024 and had a crown put on. The crown has fallen off 3 times. After the second time it had fallen off, the dentist told my husband that he “may need a new crown” if it were to fall off a 3rd time. Due to the issues with this crown, we sought a second opinion with a very reputable dentist I have been a patient of for over 20 years.

This dentist said the crown was made incorrectly and was too small to fit my husband’s tooth, hence why it kept falling off. It should be noted that my husband doesn’t eat overly chewy or hard foods because he has bad teeth and it causes pain, so the crown falling off is not his doing. My husband and I spoke with the receptionist after the third time the crown fell off and were told that we would have to pay an additional $150 “lab fee” to have X-rays completed to see if the tooth is still viable. We do not feel like they’re justified in making us pay ANYTHING as this is a reoccurring issue that has been going on for the better part of the year. Also, I asked for the name and contact information for the lab where the crown was made, because if the issue really is with the fit of the crown, we would need to take that issue up with the lab.

With that being said, Lindbergh Dental refuses to provide even a name for the lab, let alone their contact information. You would think they would try to place the blame on the lab to save face if a second opinion told us it was an issue with the crown, not the way it was put on…. To be clear, we will not pay a single dime to have this matter corrected as we’ve already paid over $1000 the first time. If Lindbergh Dental changes their mind and decides to stand by their work, I will change this review to reflect such occurrence.

We had a great experience at this dentist office! They were very fast, professional, and made us feel welcome by calling us by name. Everyone was helpful, polite, and made the visit easy for my kids. Thank you to Dr. Freilich and the entire staff for your kindness and excellent care. Highly recommend!
