Always a calm, comfortable and for me, joyous visit. The lobby is wonderful. A beautiful natural fish tank gives a warm and relaxing feeling as you ease into the very comfortable seats. There is a large screen monitor showing nature and beautiful colorful birds. The reception area is bright and all the staff are smiling and attentive. (No claim form headaches here at the Lockney front desk!) Both dentists are experienced, very friendly and relaxed. (I had 3 cavities cared for with almost no pain!) My Hygienist Madalyn is very friendly, relaxed and very, very good.

No pain, she expertly manages her technique so you can have a wonderful conversation while you are cared for. Even the restroom is comfortable! Oh, don't forget about the Lockney Acupuncture & Massage service right next door. (A wonderful Lockney duo serving Concord) 5/7/2024 Small upper cavity filled with no pain!!! Woo Hoo! 6/11/2024 Two big teeth done same day. Very little pain and very comfortably taken care of with Novocain. Tylenol for pain at home, no issues a year later from all this work. 4/9/2025. Cleaning and exam today.

Madalyn was her wonderful self and quickly and comfortably cleaned and polished my teeth. Ty examined me and found no issues. Best of all, the billing staff found that my wife kept me on her dental insurance and this visit was covered. (As it turns out, my wife did this by mistake as I am on Medicare now) So, I will stay on it until she goes on Medicare! A BIG hug to the wonderful, beautiful, smart and gracious front desk reception and billing Staff. (I also got a FREE 3D printed "Dragon" for our collection. BONUS!

Great people that work here. However, if they tell you, you have a cavity and you go back to get it filled; Your entire face is going to hurt for 2-3 months. My wife and I went here for exams and X-rays. We’ve both had cavities before and they told us both we had >4 each. And ever since they “filled” them, we had both been in pain for those 2-3 months.

Went back and asked, and they said everything looks good and it’s normal for the pain, this far after. We both floss multiple times a day, and we feel the “filling” chip constantly. Like spitting out glass and biting down from our teeth. Went to a new dentist today, so far no pain.

Under the unfortunate circumstances that brought me to Lockney Dental, I couldn't be more pleased. The front staff, the hygienist and Dr. Whalen welcomed me with open arms. They were helpful, very through and made sure I knew a game plan for my upcoming care was as important to them as it was to me. Thank you Lockney Dental!

I don’t like going to the dentist therefore it’s hard for me to like a dental office, but this place is hands down the best I have been to. From the instant I walked in I was greeted by a very nice receptionist which quickly checked me in. When they took me back to get my exams and X-rays done, I was surprised by all of the high tech machines they use. Definitely made my experience a lot more enjoyable.

Overall I give them a 20/10. I am recommending them to anyone I know.
